We can confirm that JPS recruitment has been a partner of the RCSA Surge Workforce and the Department of Health since July 2020. RCSA Surge workforce is a funded program by the Commonwealth to assist Aged Care Facilities with staffing shortages during COVID-19 outbreaks at facility locations. The RCSA Surge Workforce team liaise with its member agencies and the Department of Health to fill staff shortages when Aged Care Facilities are in outbreak. JPS Recruitment has been an active member in the program since July 2020 and has consistently provided agency staff to Aged Care Facilities when called upon. They have provided staff with qualifications across the Healthcare spectrum, and these staff have been commended in their placements. JPS are extremely professional and are highly co-operative; if there is any discrepancy between the agency and any of the other external stakeholders, they always conduct enquiries efficiently and fairly to understand the issues at hand and provide equitable solutions.
